1Take Sea Liner 101 to Josand and talk to Certy Sandi in the most north-western house by the boat. His blueprints are near the factory cave.2Go two maps north and one west; the Blueprint lies next to the cave that leads to the factory. Bring it to Certy.3Give him 5 Basic Timber (5 Basic Wood each, at the Aeven Wood Station).4Give him 10 Sand Stone, dropped by the desert monsters near the cave.5Give him 10 Glass, crafted from Sand (gathered in the Aeven Mines or on the Atlantis Big Ocean map). The reward follows.
