Stallion Key is a key. It is a reward of the quest Stallion. Holding it in your inventory lets you open the locked door in Centaur Cellar at (0, 10) and (0, 11), which leads to Stallion Cellar and also needs level 10. It is a lore item: it cannot be dropped or traded.
