Shade Request is a quest, started by Smith Shade in Shadow Border. It pays 90,000 experience and needs level 30, and is done once.
From the update notes
Veynir, a shade trapped in the ruins near the gates of the Underworld, needs your help. Once a powerful smith, he now seeks Grimite, a rare ore from the Underworlds depths. To assist him, you must mine 10 Grimite from the heart of the inferno, guarded by its fiercest denizens. Return the ore to Veynir, and he will express his gratitude, offering 90,000 XP and 500 Eon as a reward. The quest begins with Veynir, who can be found in the forsaken city ruins near the Underworld entrance.
Written for update 0.4.34, which added the quest.
