Respawn point

Where you come back, and how to move it.

Where you reappear after dying is yours to choose. Until you set one, you respawn at the Aeven North Entrance. There are two ways to change it: a wayfarer point, or a town’s citizenship test.

At a wayfarer point

Walk onto a wayfarer point to discover it; it then asks whether to make it your respawn. Unlocking that same point for fast travel is separate and costs waystones (one for the points around Aeven, more further out; the wayfarer page lists the cost of each), and each trip costs one more.

By citizenship

Passing a town’s citizenship test also sets your respawn to that town.

A Recall Scroll returns you to your respawn point at any time, and is used up by the trip.
