Respawn point

Your respawn point is where you reappear after dying, and it is yours to choose.^[1] Until you set one, you respawn at the Aeven North Entrance. There are two ways to change it: a wayfarer point, or a town’s citizenship test.

Walk onto a wayfarer point to discover it; it then asks whether to make it your respawn. Unlocking that same point for fast travel is separate and costs waystones^[2] (one for the points around Aeven, more further out), and each trip costs one more.

A Recall Scroll returns you to your respawn point at any time^[3], and is used up by the trip. The wayfarer page lists every point and the cost of each.
