Article
Pengu Elf is a buddy. It is opened from the Swaggy Nick Loot Chest. Using it puts it in the Buddy Down slot on your paperdoll's costume page [C], as a cosmetic on your character. It is a lore item: it cannot be dropped or traded. It first appears in the notes of update 0.4.35, A Pengu Christmas Tale.
