Paperdoll
The paperdoll is the window where your character wears its equipment. Open it with the Paperdoll button in your inventory, or by right-clicking your character; right-click another player to look at theirs. To put something on, double-click it in your inventory or drag it onto the paperdoll.
It has three tabs: info, quests and equipment. Beside every tab is a column of your stats: hp, mp, damage, hit rate, evade, armour and crit. The quests tab lists the quests you have completed.
Info
The info tab shows your class, title, guild, partner and time played, your badges and level, and four counters: gather, hunter, travel and collector. Travel counts the wayfarer points you have unlocked[1]. Click the guild name for the guild card and its logo[2].
Equipment
A gear set has a slot for your hat and necklace at the top; your weapon, clothing and shield across the middle; and below them your gloves, belt, boots, an accessory (a gem, crystal or charm), two rings, two bracelets and two bracers. Necklaces, gloves, belts, rings, bracelets, bracers and accessories do not show on your character. Toggles on the hat and boots slots hide those items from view[3].
You can wear two gear sets, a primary [1] and a secondary [2], and swap between them by clicking [1] or [2] on the equipment tab.
Costume page
The costume page [C] has slots for a cosmetic hat, costume and boots, for wings, and for two buddies. The hat, costume and boots show in place of the hat, clothing and boots of your primary set; wings and buddies are extra cosmetics on top of it. Only costumes and coshats keep their stats, if they have any, when worn on the costume page.
Requirements
A piece can need a level, stats, a class or a group of classes (see weapon classes). A slot holding a piece your class cannot use is highlighted in red[4], and the piece gives you none of its stats.
