Guild
Joining, founding, ranks, the guild account, and leaving.
A guild is run through the Guildmaster. It has a tag and a name: the name is at least four characters, both must be new, and the first letter of the two must match. Members show the tag beside their name and a guild card on their paperdoll, and a guild can set a description and a logo.
Joining
Joining is free for you: be in the Guild House with a member who holds recruiter rights (one of the top three ranks), and you will be asked for their name. It is not free for the guild: accepting a member charges the guild account 1,000 eon, and a guild whose account cannot cover it cannot take anyone in. A guild also has a member cap; the Guildmaster refuses past it.
Founding
Founding takes 10 players present in the Aeven Guild House, none of them already in a guild, and 50,000 eon for the Guildmaster to scribe the scrolls. The registration dialog counts the members still needed and states the fee before it takes the money, so if either number moves, the dialog is current. Recruiting each later member costs the guild 1,000 eon from its account.
Ranks
Since update 0.4.34: Founder (rank 0) and Leaders (rank 1) have full control; Commanders (rank 2) manage ranks and permissions; Recruiters (rank 3) can accept members but, since 0.4.48, cannot promote anyone to leader. Leaders and officers see when every member was last on: Online, Today, or a number of days.
The guild account
Every member, leaders included, can deposit; the minimum deposit is 1,000. Only the guild spends it, on guild business, taking new members above all, and nobody withdraws from it.
Leaving
Leave and you cannot join another guild for the next two moons. A founder must transfer ownership before leaving. A member can be removed by force; another leader never can. Disbanding removes everyone, founder included.

Guilds
Guilds are official groups or organizations in the game you can join.
How a guild works?
In a guild the person who created it has a say in who commands what. There are various ranks in the guild which the guild leader can name and decide which person falls under which category. Once you are in a guild a TAG appears near your name in EO with the Acronym of the guild.
How do I make a guild?
to make a guild you need to see a guild npc. Then you need to pay a certain amt of gold to create a guild ( which is very expensive). To create a guild you need to have 11 people you want in your guild present and then follow the instructions of the guild npc from there.
Warning:
Becareful who you put as leader and co-leader in your guild as they will have the power to disband and manipulate your guild as they please.
How do I join a guild?
To join a guild you need to see the guild's recruiter. See someone in that current guild and ask for information and the guild's policy for joining. Then they will help you through with the process.
Warning:
Becareful who you put as leader and co-leader in your guild as they will have the power to disband and manipulate your guild as they please.

From the update notes
What the developer wrote when this was added or changed, newest first.
Instancer , 0.4.57
This is a critical missing part of the current game that tie the channel system, the gate system, and everything in between together. Getting this right will enable dungeons, special created guild event maps, private instances, shadow channels and more. It is definitely not the easiest system to tackle, so fingers crossed. ..more details soon
Project Aeven , 0.4.56
That wraps things up for this release. Moving on to patch 4.57 , will be leaning into the code side of things as it will take a shot at building the instancer. Essentially our channel copy machine. It is definitely not an easy system but could enabled guild war maps, private instances and dungeons. See you in the next dev post.
Wayfarer Update , 0.4.55
- Guild founder ownership transfer support
Shadow Guides , 0.4.48
Guild: Recruiters (rank2) can no longer promoto members to leader
Mounts , 0.4.44
A new initiative being explored to involve players more directly in community integrity. This would allow select players to be invited into a parallel 'shadow guild'. giving them access to limited tools like anonymous chat moderation, reporting, own guide chat channel, and internal vote systems. This system is currently in development but needs more time to be developed.
Aeven Evolved , 0.4.36
- Config: guild/group notification sounds
