Walkthrough

1Talk to Shabby in Josand Town. The submarine needs parts; ask the Shady Doorkeeper in Aeven, who hands over a submarine exhaust.2Report to Shabby, then talk to the Inventor in Bunker 5 in the Shadow Desert for a card to the factory's storage room.3In the Josand factory, take the elevator in the north-west corner to the basement, go west through the door and pick the submarine driver off the floor of the next map.4Give it to Shabby, then talk to Captain Scuba. You are taken into the submarine; stand in front of the engine at the bottom of the map, then tell Scuba parts are missing.5Outside, collect the rotor shaft (north-west corner), the left rotor (south) and the right rotor (north-east), each guarded by Devil Fish.6Back in the submarine, install them at the engine. Captain Scuba sails for Atlantis and pays the reward; King Neptune has the next quest.
