The region

Second boat on the right at Aeven Port, one boat ticket. The grove past the entrance holds Centaur Warriors, Mages and Hunters (the three the bounty board asks for) and the respawn point on the way north; the town beyond has the crafting house (the Pony Hat, the whip, and the Gallop set, the first jewellery after Tribal), the bank and locker, Mindy's Needle In The Hay quest (the needle spawns on a random map of the region; #range finds it), Centaurcita's brew quest, and the archers' shrine. Every centaur drops horseshoes, ponytails and hooves for the repeatable quest.
