Call of the Fur is a quest, started by Sitting Bear in Tropica Bay. It needs level 10, after Just Bears, and can be done once a day.

What to do: Bring 3 of the same Tropica Drink.
Access to Bear Grounds Weird people in bear suits have been spotted on Tropica beach. One of them speaks about something called the Call of the Fur. If you bring the right Tropica drinks, they might let you into their secret ritual. Strange stuff.. Hidden chests.. Might be worth it.. Quest Chain : Just Bears -> Call Of The Fur
Written for update 0.4.43, which added the quest.
Completing it opens the Bear Chest, which can give 
Bear Suit.
