Boosting Morale is a quest, started by Big Commander in Aeven Battleground. It pays 116,000 experience and needs level 40, and is done once.
From the update notes
What to do: Assist the soldiers by killing rats and retrieving big fairy sodas.
Repeat: N/A Help the Big Commander in Aeven Battlegrounds by boosting the morale of tired soldiers. You will need to kill 15 rats and deliver big fairy sodas to the soldiers. Afterward, the Big Commander will request an Omelette Plate from Cook Ramsey. Bring it back to him to complete the quest and receive 116,000 experience points and 600 Eons.
